Primadonna

My parent's always called me a PrimaDonna, 

which I like to think is a bit higher on the virtue scale

than a Diva or High-Maintenance.

I'm just girly. I like pink lip gloss. I dress bad [as in bad-ass]

And I always smell delicious.

If that makes me a PrimaDonna,

then so be it.

I can also knit a mean scarf.
I'm dope in the kitchen.
My home is so clean I literally would eat off the floor

I hold a Master's degree.

I'm going back for my Doctoral.
And I can read a book in the time 

it takes most men to take their morning poop.

So I'm no waste of a woman.

I'm well balanced,
PrimaDonna title attached or not.

Where is this all coming from?
I heard Marina & the Diamond's
'Primadonna'
 on the radio this morning and it's so fun and cute.

It reminds me of Madonna's "Material Girl"reinvented for 2013-
who I'm guessing, Marina tries fashioning her video after
 because she has the short blond Madonna hair,
complete with red lips, mole and everything. :)
